Technical Sr Product Manager (IT)

Sr. Technical Product Managers are the conduit for requirements between our customer community, product management team, clinical operations, and development team in a highly collaborative and complex clinical environment. In addition to defining product requirements and specification to drive the engineering development process, Product Mangers also actively participate in the take-to-market strategy to assure product success.

Sr. Technical Product Managers are responsible for transforming business objectives and domain specific marketing requirements into actionable engineering stories, actively participate in the sprinting process and drive cost, content and planning tradeoffs throughout the development cycle. Sr. Technical Product Managers work closely with clinical product management, technical, and architecture leads in developing product concepts and technology roadmap.

In addition to upstream activities, Sr. Technical Product Managers also participate in roll-out and pilot program assessment - working closely with field operations, documentation, and product road-mapping., * Serve role of product lead in an agile with scrum development methodology developing software: define Epics, Features and User stories, actively participate in Kaizen and Sprint process and manage cost, feature, and schedule tradeoffs throughout the development cycle

• Effectively interface with cross-functional teams of clinical domain experts, Product Directors, program management, and application development teams in a new product development/enhancement process
• Prioritize product fixes and enhancements based on input from customer Work with developers and QA Engineers to produce and test new features and fixes
• Become a product expert and subject matter expert on a portfolio of clinical protocol products

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 5 years Agile enterprise software development
• 3 years Requirements Analysis or Clinical Analyst Experience
• Experience working with systems of complex workflows and configurations
• Healthcare Information systems and clinical user experience
• Experience writing requirements for a software application

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00/year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
