The ideal candidate is a motivated collaborator and effective communicator who enjoys understanding how integrated systems work, solving challenging technical problems, and leveraging automation to improve quality, efficiency, and release confidence.

It’s an exciting time to join the team. Teradyne is growing rapidly to meet market demand, and the Quality Engineering team plays a critical role in evaluating product functionality, performance, reliability, and security. • Design, develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test solutions to validate functionality, reliability, performance, and end-to-end system workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, isolate, and drive resolution of complex issues across software, hardware, networking, and integrated system components.
  • Drive improvements to quality engineering processes, test methodologies, automation frameworks, and validation practices to increase efficiency, coverage, and product quality.
  • Develop and enhance test automation solutions using modern programming and scripting languages while integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Development, Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, and QE teams to define quality objectives, validation strategies, and release readiness criteria.
  • Analyze test results, quality metrics, and system behavior to identify product risks, communicate findings, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the adoption of best practices in system validation, automation, and quality engineering.
