Job description

  • Leads analysis for high-priority products or platforms.
  • Builds models and dashboards that support planning and forecasting.
  • Influences roadmap decisions through opportunity sizing and performance analysis.
  • Guides experimentation strategy and manage test-and-learn culture.
  • Shares insights with executives and cross-functional leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background, with experience writing SQL to drive reporting and dashboarding for business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with BI tools commonly found in the modern data stack (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Hex, Looker, Sigma)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Databricks, GCP, Redshift, Snowflake) and data management best practices
  • Professional experience with additional programming languages (Python, R, etc) a plus, but not required
  • Professional experience with other tools in the modern data stack (dbt, Airflow, Prefect, Fivetran) a plus, but not required
  • Professional experience in logistics / supply chain a plus, but not required

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. In lieu of degree, eight (8) years of practical experience may offset education requirements.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years in product analytics, advanced business intelligence, or related field. Experience with product-led growth, pricing, or platform analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expert SQL and strong fluency in data visualization tools. Ability to tie analysis to business impact and customer outcomes. Proficiency in Python/R for statistical modeling.
