Job description

We are seeking System Administrators at both Level 1 and Level 2 tiers to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of critical IT systems. In this role, you will manage infrastructure and processes related to client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. Base compensation ranges from $115k to $170k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates., System Operations: Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems, including UNIX and Windows operating systems.

Tiered Support: Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.

Infrastructure Maintenance: Install and load OS software, maintain network integrity, and implement enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Optimization: Perform system capacity analysis and planning to optimize resource utilization.

Communication: Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers regarding escalated tickets and status updates.

Requirements

Experience: Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree (10 years total).

Level 2 System Administrator

Experience: Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs of similar scope and complexity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree (15 years total).

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.

In-depth experience in troubleshooting complex IT systems and network components.

Ability to remain involved in the resolution process for hardware and dispatch system problems.

Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
