Systems Engineer

• Analyzes functional business requirements and design specifications for functional activities.
• Should provide identification/fixing for the problems within existing systems design/implementation of new systems, enhances the existing systems and participates in analysis, design and new construction of next generation IT systems.
• Responsible for understanding the needs of the customers and the realities of commercially available IT products and creating requirements that will allow implementation by the architecture and engineering team and COTS products.
• Must possess experience of system engineering in one or more areas including telecommunications concepts, computer languages, operating systems, database/DBMS and middleware., Synergy iscommitted to the responsible and ethical use of AI tools. Preferred Education & Experience: 6 years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation for roles at Synergyisdetermined bya variety of factors including,but not limited to,the requirements of the role;level of experience;education and certifications;the individual’scombination ofknowledge, skills,and abilities;as well asalignment with market data,federal and statelaws, and other business andcontractconsiderations.The estimated pay rangeforthis position is: $143,000 - $163,000. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of therange for their role,and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each caseand represent just onecomponentof Synergy’s total compensation package for employees.
