Job description
Manage and coordinate end-to-end release cycles across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
Monitor CI/CD pipelines to ensure successful builds and deployments.
Create and manage UAT and production release plans.
Coordinate release readiness activities with QA, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams.
Facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums meetings and manage release cadence.
Troubleshoot build and deployment issues.
Support DevOps activities and cloud infrastructure operations.
Improve deployment processes, automation, release quality, and delivery timelines.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise releases, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, AWS cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments., 8+ years of IT Release Management / Delivery Management experience.
6+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Hands-on AWS experience including:
ECS
EC2
EBS
S3
Glacier
RDS
VPC
Route53
ELB
IAM
CloudFront
CloudFormation
CloudWatch
SQS
SES
Lambda
Strong Python programming experience.
Experience with automated CI/CD and BDD testing frameworks such as Cucumber.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
10+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience with Master’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with multiple Scrum teams.
Experience as Release Manager, Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Project Coordinator.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to support flexible working hours based on release schedules.
