Job description

We are in the hunt for a talented and creative thinker to join our team as a HELP CENTER TECHNICIAN! In this role, you will focus on training and troubleshooting of Funeral Directors Life software, programs, and sales tools to the funeral industry. You will also work closely with supervisors and teammates to grow our products., * Training responsibilities include scheduling and setting up webinars with customers all across the country.

  • Answering troubleshooting calls for several different applicants, programs, and sales tools.
  • Performing QA duties to grow and develop our sales programs and tools.
  • Work closely with other departments to gain a better understanding of how our products affect internal and external customers.
  • Conduct and join many brainstorming sessions on training ideas, and product development.
