Job description

  • Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/mobile devices.
  • Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of related experience in system administration or IT support roles., * Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy.
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, virtual local area networks, and firewall configurations.
  • Experience managing endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot across systems, including servers, applications, and network connectivity, with minimal supervision.
