Job description

  • Responsible for the development of high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface.
  • Interfaces with clients to determine requirements.
  • Responsible for the development of middle to high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface.
  • Must be able to utilize HTML, XML, PERL, Apache, IIS, ASP.NET C# and VB, SSRS, ASP.NET Core, Angular, iOS Mobile Development, Xamarin and Oracle.
  • Interfaces with clients to determine requirements.
  • Requires extremely strong customer relation skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with no supervision model.

Requirements

  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
  • Possess appropriate Computing Certification as outline by the Cybersecurity Computing Environment Certification Working Group.
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Weblogic Server including
  • Utilization of Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Patching and installation of service components and modules
  • Understanding of Weblogic Diagnostic Framework
  • Experience with connector such as Oracle Identity Management
  • Experience operating web applications and databases in cloud environments (i.e., Azure)
  • Ability to program and code in a variety of environments with different toolsets such as: PL/SQL Programming, Perl, C#, .Net, Java, Python, Scripting in Linux, Weblogic, JavaScript
  • Build and deploy .war files using Apache Ant and Maven
  • Use of version control tools (i.e., GIT)
  • Coding using HTML and CSS
  • Expert use Java development tools (i.e., JDeveloper, Eclipse, Java SDK, etc.)
  • Understanding of DISA STIG process as well as the DoW RMF relating to security controls including:
  • Use of threat detection tools like ArcSight, interpret results, and mitigate findings
  • Demonstrated experience with Disaster Recovery, Continuous Operations, and threat mitigation
  • Manage and expert use with a variety of file transfer protocols such as:
  • SSH, SFTP, IBM MQ Server, etc.
  • Basic understanding of database ETL processes
  • Experience with WebLogic JMS / MQ Server
  • Understanding of Section 508 implementation and compliance standards using tools such as Jaw, ZoomText, Dragon, and Axe Monitoring
  • Experience in managing SSL Certificates using Oracle Wallet Manager, OpenSSL and Java Keytool and configuring WebLogic in the use of certificates
  • Experience with the creation of necessary technical and design documents (i.e., job-aides, SOPs, Knowledge-based articles, etc.).
  • Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
