| Device Test Lead | Houston, TX |
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM-5 PM (OT & Saturdays as needed)
Lead daily line activities, guide operators, and test/grade electronic devices using diagnostic software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign work & track workflow using production boards
- Train operators on grading & safety standards
- Run diagnostic software to inspect, test & grade devices
- Escalate equipment failures to engineering
Qualifications:
- Lead/Trainer experience in manufacturing required
- Device testing background a plus
- (Eng/Span) preferred
salary: $17 - $18 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
Lead and support daily activities of Device Test Operators on the line

Assign work, monitor workflow based on production board data, and prioritize grading tasks to meet production goals.

Assist with training new and existing operators on grading processes and equipment

Escalate testing issues, equipment concerns, or recurring failures to supervision or engineering support

Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify patterns or recurring grading issues

Monitor compliance with established testing procedures, grading standards, quality requirements, and safety policies

Provide hands-on inspection of electronic devices following the standardized testing process as needed

Operate inspection and diagnostic software to run required test procedures

Identify and record failure types based on test results

Grade units based on functional testing and visual inspection outcomes

Accurately document test results and assigned grades in tracking systems

Perform other duties as requested or assigned
