This person will work in the team to support the various systems running on the AS400 mainframe that are business critical as well as maintain close working relationships with various stakeholders to analyze and support these systems. In this role, you will play a key role in preventing and resolving production disruptions, manage risk, improve support effectiveness, and continually improve technical processes.
