Job description
Blu Omega is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a federal program focused on building a Salesforce-based procurement platform supporting satellite communications services. This role operates within a remote-first environment with optional in-office days in Arlington, VA, and is responsible for configuration, development, and solution build-out within Salesforce. The position requires experience supporting Salesforce solutions within a compliance-driven, public sector environment., Program: Supporting the acquisition of satellite communications (SATCOM) services with oversight on validation, funding, and payment workflows., * Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
- Build and optimize workflows and automate business processes
- Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
- Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
- Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements, We partner with government agencies and large integrators to provide expertise in cybersecurity operations, cloud and infrastructure modernization, data and analytics, and enterprise IT support. Our teams are experienced operating within federal contracting environments, supporting task orders, recompetes, and programs requiring cleared personnel and compliant delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Design and build custom, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with OmniStudio
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow
- U.S. Citizenship and clearance eligibility
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
- Public sector or federal program exposure
- Experience working within complex, compliance-driven environments
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $105,000 - $145,000 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
