  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in cloud environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers.

  • Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry best practices.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud architectures and solutions.

Requirements

CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect (Level 3) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in enterprise-grade cloud solutions, cloud computing models, and deployment strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud, with hands-on experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments., * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field.

  • Experience: 7+ years in enterprise architecture, with a significant focus on cloud solutions.

  • Clearance: TS/SCI

Advanced Expertise:

  • Enterprise-grade cloud solutions

  • Cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid)

  • Cloud migration strategies and performance optimization

  • Security, compliance, and cost management in the cloud

  • Hybrid and multi-cloud environments

  • Proficient in tools like Terraform and CloudFormation

Required Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect - Associate or Expert

  • CompTIA Security Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
