Two (2) years directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree., One (1) years recent experience in hard/software technical support (HCCS experience is considered on a two for one basis). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrated competencies in computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.
