IT Systems Engineer

My client, an Engineering company based just outside idderminnster is looking to recruit an IT Systems Engineer on a permanent basis . The successful candidate will be maintaining IT systems to support our organisational objectives. The ideal applicant will possess a strong background in systems architecture, cloud services, and system administration, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure., * Manage and optimise cloud-based solutions

• Configure and manage network infrastructure in
• Monitor system health
• Ensure information security through the implementation of firewalls, encryption standards, access controls, and security best practices.
• Maintain databases
• Perform system administration tasks including user management, system updates, patching, backup procedures, and disaster recovery planning

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Proven experience in systems engineering or related roles within manufactrung/engineering environments ideally

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of computer networking concepts
• Knowledge of information security standards to safeguard organisational data assets effectively.
• Ability to design scalable system solutions considering performance optimisation and cost-efficiency across diverse platforms.
