Pipeline Safety Management Systems Analyst II or Sr.

*Leads and assists with standards/procedures development, review and communication of changes to appropriate departments.

*Leads and assists with quality assurance activities for procedures, materials and other items occurring within Gas Operations.

*Perform routine procedure and material inspections, visual checks, and conduct quality tests.

*Find defects, document problems, and work with teams to fix them.

*Recommend and implement corrective actions to reduce waste and increase accuracy.

*Leads and assists PSMS manager with communicating risk analysis to various levels within the organization.

*Stays familiar with industry organizations and may participate on committees related to PSMS activities.

*Leads and assists with administering work flows in support of PSMS activities.

*Leads and assists with projects, including collaboration with and/or management of third-party vendors.

*Lead and assists in developing business strategies from historical information in conjunction with industry and regulatory information to help meet business goals and objectives.

*Assists with development of budgets as requested.

*Completes activities so as to provide an accident-free work place.

*Conducts work activities with regard to environmental rules and regulations.

*Performs other duties as assigned

Remote Work

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline, * 3+ years experience serving in an analytical role.

• A strong background in statistical, process and systems analysis in an operational environment and previous experience with a demonstrated ability to absorb information, apply conceptual skills to achieve practical solutions in a highly technical environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines efficiently with high quality while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience with computer based applications and databases.

*Advanced use of MS Excel/Power Pivot, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.

*Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
