Data Analytics and Insights Analyst, Consultant Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As an Analytics & Insights Consultant, you will partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to turn ambiguous analytics needs into clear, executable work. You’ll help define the problem, scope, assumptions, success metrics, and KPIs, then translate those needs into Agile/SAFe-ready epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. In day-to-day delivery, you’ll support sprint planning and coordination, provide quick-turn analysis and reporting, and help maintain consistency in recurring reporting processes and stakeholder communications.

  • Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and document analytics needs, including problem statements, scope, assumptions, and success metrics/KPIs.
  • Translate business needs into Agile/SAFe-ready deliverables such as epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items.
  • Support sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination to keep analytics work moving smoothly through delivery.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting to provide directional insights and rapid answers to business questions.
  • Build or enhance lightweight dashboards and reports in Tableau and/or Power BI where appropriate and collaborate with BI/reporting developers to industrialize high-usage reporting.
  • Support recurring analyses and reporting cadences such as monthly, biweekly, or weekly outputs by defining requirements, validating results with stakeholders, and maintaining runbooks.
  • Coordinate and support UAT, release, and change activities, including dependency tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications aligned to client governance standards.
  • Balance multiple requests across business product teams, using clear prioritization and turnaround commitments to manage high-volume demand., AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.   • 4+ years of experience using SQL to query, validate, and analyze datasets.
  • 4+ years of experience with Excel for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting support.
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including building, enhancing, or supporting dashboards and reports.
  • 3+ years of experience creating executive-ready outputs in PowerPoint, with strong structured storytelling and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be able to start by 8/31/2026

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $99,900 to $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
