The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Test Equipment Maintenance team in performing calibrations, repairs and preventative maintenance on test stations., * Maintain bench stock inventory, validate accuracy and correct entry into property system, perform inventory audits.
- Parts research as necessary to assist supplier management in obtaining correct item.
- Manage all parts ordered through the purchase request tool.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts, test equipment, and materials that meet the needs of the test equipment maintenance team.
- Utilize multiple supplier management systems.
- Ensure compliance to Electrical, Electronic and Electromechanical (EEE) parts requirements.
- Assign correct commodity codes.
- Attend regular meetings as a resource for information on current parts and equipment orders.
- Provide status updates and estimated costs as well as shipping and delivery dates.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). Ability to Obtain U.S. Top Secret - Final Post-Start & Special Program Access.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines with internal and external customers.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use and navigate the internet and various computer software programs (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associateâs Degree or higher, a Technical certificate or degree, or 2 or more years of equivalent technical experience

To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a âU.S. Personâ as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. âU.S. Personâ includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee., This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
