TELECOMMUTE Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Robert Half is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk professional with strong Microsoft applications and SaaS support for a long-term contract with a real estate client based in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, enjoys solving technical problems, and delivers a true white-glove support experience to end users., * Provide Service Desk support to end users, delivering timely and high-quality technical assistance

• Support SaaS-based applications with a strong focus on Microsoft-centric technologies
• Troubleshoot and support Hybrid Exchange and Microsoft environments (with an upcoming transition to fully Exchange)
• Deliver white-glove support, ensuring a positive and professional user experience
• Work remotely while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with internal teams

• Proven experience in a Service Desk or Technical Support role
• Microsoft 365 and Window OS support
• Hands-on experience supporting Hybrid Exchange and Microsoft environments
• Prior experience working in a remote role
• Ability to provide high-touch, white-glove customer service

Preferred Background:

• Experience supporting mid-size enterprise environments
• Strong SaaS support background
• Exposure to credit unions or financial services environments is a plus

• Proven success supporting users in sales-driven organizations
