Job description
This technical specialist role focuses on driving the development and integration of a core Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) ecosystem. You will collaborate with elite technical experts to execute back-end development, enhance system customizations, and ensure robust integrations with downstream and upstream data services. Your expertise in SQL Server and .NET will be crucial in maintaining system stability and optimizing performance for high-volume data processing., * Execute deep back-end development and scripting within the RightAngle ecosystem to enhance system functionalities.
- Design, build, and manage complex data integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL Server scripts and stored procedures to support data processing needs.
- Ensure system stability and performance tuning for high-volume data processing and custom .NET extensions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- 8+ years of relevant ETRM technical experience for Lead Specialist, or 10+ years for Principal Specialist.
- Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL Server scripts/stored procedures (T-SQL), SSIS, and C# (.NET).
- Hands-on experience developing, troubleshooting, and architecting within the RightAngle ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of physical commodities (Oil, NGLs, Refined Products) and financial trading/risk environments.
