Senior AI Developer

• Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Prototype and iterate quickly while maintaining production-quality standards.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI models, frameworks, and tooling.
• Contribute across the stack when needed (frontend, backend, infrastructure).
• Help shape technical direction through hands-on contribution rather than people management.

We’re looking for a strong Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and enjoys building AI-native products from scratch.

Background

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in a product company of similar size/stage (preferably Seed-Series A/B).
• Experience building customer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• DevOps / infrastructure experience is a plus.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science is a plus., * Strong product mindset and customer-oriented thinking.
• High ownership and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a Seed-stage startup.
• Pragmatic engineer who balances speed, quality, and technical debt.
• Passion for AI and a habit of staying current with the rapidly evolving ecosystem.
