  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code practices using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Support environment configuration, monitoring, alerting, operational runbooks, and production support activities.
  • Design and maintain event-driven and API-based integrations across supply chain, operations, finance, ERP, and logistics platforms.
  • Support data flows, message queues, and service-to-service connectivity using AWS messaging services.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards.
  • Debug and resolve production issues, including root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
  • Follow best practices for software security, performance, reliability, automated testing, version control, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, QA, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into reliable technical designs and working software.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Support QA and UAT cycles to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria before release.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, integration runbooks, and system support documentation.
  • Communicate technical concepts, risks, blockers, and implementation details clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, automated testing, debugging, documentation, and maintainable code design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud development and cloud-hosted application support.
  • Proficiency with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, messaging patterns, and service-to-service integrations.
