Job description
Responsible for maintaining a āBest in Classā Online Catalog for assigned e-commerce accounts by analyzing sales performance, identifying catalog gaps, becoming an online platform expert and driving profitable revenue through our eCommerce partners while supporting the entire eCommerce marketplace and marketing teams.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for new product setup process
- Responsible for assortment updates and day-to-day maintenance of our product content, images, pricing, and categorization on our partner websites and content management systems
- Implement assortment audits to all categories: remove discontinued SKUs and update data/content/images/keywords on existing SKUs
- Plan and execute promotions with assigned accounts to support seasonal priorities, inventory needs, and margin targets.
- Upload promotions into GP and summarize promotion performance and ROI
- Build and maintain professional relationships with assigned accounts through consistent communication and proactive planning/outreach.
- Become expert in customerās business model, available vendor tools, and/or vendor portal to propose recommendations to increase revenue
- Understand customerās websites and merchandising strategy to maximize opportunities
- Support eCommerce Marketplace Manager in achieving revenue and margin goals for Liberty Furniture
- Support inside sales team on growing retail partnerās website and/or extended catalog programs
- Collaborate with contracted sales representatives on achieving goals or needs of the customers, as needed
- Utilize available resources to maximize output contribution for assigned customer accounts such as mySamm, Canva, Crystal Reports, Excel, SQL, Merchkit, Company Website, and Vendor Portals
- Maintain routine communication with internal teams by providing weekly updates
Other Requirements:
- Partner with assigned account team to ensure expectations are being met weekly/monthly/annually
- Attend and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company-sponsored programs as required
- Flexible to process changes, account assignments/adjustments to support department or company goals.
Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree or equivalent 5+ years of work experience in eCommerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, with strong Excel acumen
- B2B eCommerce Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive personality and strong communication skills
- Punctual, timely, and dependable
