Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java)

• Design AI-powered solutions that enhance the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing and CI/CD workflows
• Build backend services, integrations and production-ready applications that embed LLM capabilities into engineering environments
• Develop AI-assisted automation to improve code review, testing and overall engineering productivity
• Identify high-impact opportunities for AI enablement and establish best practices for scalable development
• Guide engineering teams in adopting AI tools and workflows during day-to-day delivery
• Define guardrails for responsible AI usage and measure adoption impact through quality, productivity and cycle-time improvements

• Strong background in full-stack development with a mastery of Java and JavaScript
• Hands-on expertise with large language models like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT or Google Gemini
• Proven capability in developing agentic workflows featuring tool use, memory and multi-step reasoning for engineering tasks
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures, prompt engineering and the integration of AI into production-grade SDLC workflows
• Track record of building, testing and shipping production-ready solutions
• Problem-solving ability, clear communication and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration
