Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues through effective root-cause analysis to ensure system reliability and performance.

Collaborate with business users, QA, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

Follow and make suggestions to improve development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines to support quality and scalability.
-
Write clean, maintainable, and well documented code and uphold development standards using best practices and code reviews.
-
Plan, track, and document development work maintaining accurate records of tasks and progress within DevOps system.
-
Support ongoing application maintenance, updates, and performance improvements in a production environment.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.

- May (rarely) be required to work outside of normal business hours (including evenings, weekends, or holidays), either on-site or remotely
Requirements
-
Two-year associate-s degree in related field or combination of equivalent education and experience.
-
0-3 years of application development or related IT experience.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and its application in delivering high-quality solutions.

Basic understanding of programming concepts, programming languages and development tools.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
-
Ability to work with self-direction and accountability, both independently and within a team environment.
-
Ability to handle sensitive data and information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset.
