Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a work-from-office environment to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and refine solution designs, ensuring implemented changes support business continuity and scalability. Translate business objectives into clear technical tasks and user stories, enabling development and operations teams to execute effectively and deliver measurable value within agreed timelines. Review existing systems and workflows to identify optimization opportunities, recommending enhancements that reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and support the long-term sustainability of business operations. Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes by evaluating risks and dependencies to ensure technical solutions remain stable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards and industry expectations. Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, reviewing results, and validating that implemented solutions meet documented business requirements and deliver expected outcomes without disrupting day-to-day operations. Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, functional requirements, and analysis reports, to facilitate stakeholder understanding, ongoing maintenance, and knowledge transfer. Coordinate issue resolution activities during day-shift hours by investigating root causes, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with relevant teams to restore normal service levels effectively. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and stakeholder feedback, proposing enhancements that strengthen business processes and improve alignment between technology solutions and business objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and operating procedures while performing technical and analytical responsibilities, supporting quality objectives and audit readiness. Provide domain and system expertise during planning and strategy discussions, helping business stakeholders evaluate alternatives and select solutions that deliver sustainable business value.

11 to 12 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong techno-functional expertise. Knowledge of Open Systems, Java, and Cloud technologies is required.
