The Digital Product Owner is a key member of the Digital Product team responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences across consumer and business banking. This role partners closely with business, technology, and analytics partners to identify customer needs, define product capabilities, prioritize work, and deliver solutions that create value for customers and the bank.
Product assignments may evolve based on strategic priorities, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced product professional who enjoys solving complex problems across multiple digital domains.
The successful candidate is customer-focused, highly collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable leading products within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Result Areas** **:

Partner with business line owners to develop the vision, roadmap, and backlog for assigned digital products, aligning investments with customer needs and business strategy.

Responsible for bringing defined product experiences to life and the successful delivery of digital customer capabilities.

Represent the voice of the customer by using research, analytics, operational insights, and market trends to prioritize product opportunities.

Partner with engineering, UX, operations, and third-party providers to deliver secure, scalable digital capabilities and continuously improve the customer experience.

Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to drive product decisions.

Measure product performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and use data to inform future roadmap decisions.

Ensure products comply with enterprise governance, security, risk, and regulatory standards while maximizing the value of technology investments.

Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, preferably within banking or financial services.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology, computer science, or related field.

Strong understanding of Agile product development principles and backlog management.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions without direct authority.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Effective communication skills including ability to explain complex issues and solutions to all levels of the organization.

Proven time management and organization skills; able to balance multiple competing priorities.

Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Benefits & conditions
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $125,000 - $155,000. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Cambridge Savings Bank offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for full-time roles including healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, performance bonus opportunities, a 401(k) plan and match, flexible time off, and others.
