Sr. Teamcenter Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Teamcenter PLM Developer / Systems Architect to join a high-performing team supporting a large-scale PLM environment. This role is heavily focused on hands-on development and architecture, with an emphasis on building and owning the business-layer design inside Teamcenter. You’ll be joining an established team of strong developers and stepping in at the architect level-contributing to new builds, enhancements, and complex troubleshooting in a ticket-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and build Teamcenter solutions end-to-end (architecture * development * deployment)
• Develop and customize using ITK (C++), BMIDE, and Active Workspace (AWC)
• Configure and implement workflows, handlers, business rules, and data models
• Own the business logic and system architecture layer within Teamcenter
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
• Work through a ticket-based queue to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements
• Support upgrades, system improvements, and ongoing platform evolution

• 8-10+ years of Teamcenter PLM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with: ITK (C/C++), BMIDE (data modeling & configuration), Workflows (rule/action handlers, automation), Active Workspace (AWC) customization
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Teamcenter solutions [in.jooble.org]
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and code review skills
• Ability to work independently in a backend-focused, ticket-driven environment
