Helpdesk Tech

• Provide technical assistance to computer users
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
• May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

• Are curious and excited about technology

• Like solving problems and figuring things out

• Can take initiative but also enjoy working with a team

If you’re someone who’s eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you’ll fit right in here., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other Scientific/Technical discipline

• Six (6) years of experience in a similar role
• Must meet IAT-II requirements
• Active Security clearance
