SAP S4 Hana Plant Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead SAP Plant Maintenance implementation and migration projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across procurement and inventory management functions., + Lead end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance implementations and upgrade engagements.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.

• Configure, develop and test end to end SAP Plant Maintenance functionalities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and finance to optimize business processes.

• Manage integration points with other SAP modules (PP, SD, MM/WM, FI, etc.).

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure documentation of functional specifications, test cases, and training materials.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operations.

• Minimum 10 years of SAP Plant Maintenance experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations and/or migration projects.

• Strong understanding of end to end Plant Maintenance processes and cross module integration touch points.

• Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration and customization.

• 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must and preferable to have upgrade experience.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$90/Hr - $100/Hr]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
