Business Intelligence Analyst

Our client seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst who will partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests, develop analytical proposals and solutions, and document processes. The role will maintain, build, and optimize a data warehouse, automated data flows, and an analytics-as-a-service environment. The analyst will perform data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, data enrichment, and storytelling. The role will drive automation to help the organization scale and will report proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular basis. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality analytics and reports., * Partner with business owners and technical peers to intake requests, propose analytical solutions, and document processes.

• Maintain, build, and optimize the data warehouse and automated data flows.
• Operate an analytics-as-a-service environment that supports stakeholders.
• Execute business intelligence tasks including data collection, aggregation, analysis, visualization, productionization, and data enrichment with clear storytelling.
• Drive and implement automation to enable scalable and flexible operations.
• Report proposals, roadmaps, solutions, and project updates to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Assemble reports and dashboards for sales and marketing analytics using Tableau and SQL.
• Collaborate with analysts, contribute to peer development, and work independently as needed.

• 2+ years of experience with Tableau.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, query optimization, debugging, and creating user-defined functions, views, and indexes.
• Experience with AWS and GitHub preferred.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift is preferred.
• Ability to present outcomes and results in analytics deliverables.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $50.00 to $55.00/hr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
