You will partner closely with Recruiters to develop creative and tailored sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for a variety of enterprise technology roles., * Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for technology roles, including Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI, and other Enterprise Technology positions.

• Partner closely with Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide market intelligence.
• Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage job boards, sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, competitor activity, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges, to support hiring strategies and business decisions.
• Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Stay informed on current technology talent market conditions and emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.

• 5+ years of professional IT recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract talent.
• Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
• Experience recruiting within Financial Services, Technology, and/or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with current laws and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment, including EEO, ADA, and labor relations.
