Job description

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
  • Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
  • Drive adoption of modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and DevOps.
  • Participate in solution design, estimation, and technical decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with MVC, , .NET Core, and Web API development.
  • Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and services.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or Sybase.
  • Experience working with MongoDB, Elasticsearch/Kibana, and Redis.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Git and modern source control practices.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills., * Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Windsurf.
  • Familiarity with Specification-Driven Development (Spec-Driven Development) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Agent Framework and Agentic AI solution development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerized application deployments.
