Your future duties and responsibilities:
-
Serve as a senior Agile leader responsible for facilitating, championing, and continuously improving the Lean Agile software development process across a cross functional, modernization focused environment.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, reviews, and cross team coordination activities.

-
Enable team and cross team collaboration, removing impediments quickly and supporting a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous learning.
-
Champion and optimize team performance as a whole by assessing team dynamics, identifying systemic issues, and coaching the team toward higher levels of maturity and autonomy.
-
Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and scaling methodologies, supporting both new and experienced team members.
-
Support the Product Owner and team in maintaining a healthy product backlog, ensuring backlog items are well defined, estimated, and prioritized based on business value.
-
Apply knowledge of SDLC, DevOps/DevSecOps, modernization, and operational environments to help plan, prioritize, sequence, and manage work effectively.
-
Communicate risks, dependencies, and blockers to leadership while driving timely resolution in partnership with program, technical, and business stakeholders.
