Senior Software Test Engineer

Fluke is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer with deep expertise in Wi-Fi and network systems to lead quality engineering for network test and diagnostic tools. You will ensure products deliver accurate, fast, and actionable network insights across enterprise and field environments., * Lead test strategies for network test products

• Validate Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/6E) and Ethernet performance
• Test roaming, latency, throughput, packet loss, authentication
• Perform packet analysis using Wireshark
• Develop automation frameworks and network test tools across Windows and Linux environments
• Integrate testing into CI/CD with hardware-in-the-loop
• Validate real-world troubleshooting workflows
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and cloud teams
• Mentor engineers and drive quality best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
• 8+ years in software test/quality engineering
• Strong Wi-Fi and networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Experience with embedded systems testing
• Programming skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network test tools
• Wireshark, iPerf, traffic generation tools

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,700.00 - 183,200.00
