Job description

The Senior IT Functional Analyst, Sales is the key to solving business challenges with great technology solutions. This role focuses on the functional and technical integration of sales applications with enterprise systems to support end-to-end business process for accurate and timely processing of accounts, territories, sales, and commissions. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative minds in IT and across the business, building relationships with experts and professionals in these fields to deliver results., * Build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders and partners by displaying expertise in the Sales process/applications, data analysis/integration and SAP sales platforms

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, and ensure projects are delivered with high quality and on time
  • Analyze business processes to provide business process solutions that increase capabilities, productivity, accuracy and/or efficiencies utilizing the sales application platforms and integrated solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate sales requirements into functional/integration designs
  • Partner with IT teams to define integration/technical requirements
  • Own end-to-end data flows into and out of sales and commissions applications
  • Document integration designs and data mappings
  • Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy
  • Support system testing, release management, and QA activities in collaboration with QA testing and business teams
  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose
  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field-or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP sales software
  • 3+ years of experience in data migration and systems/platform integration
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis
  • 5+ years of system development life cycle experience
  • Highly proficient in SQL queries and Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of compensation process flows and business rule logic
  • Effective communicator with superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in documenting technical workflows and solutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to data accuracy and quality
  • Capable of resolving complex issues and escalating appropriately when needed

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Technical experience with SAP Commissions / Incentive Management (Callidus)
  • Technical experience with Territory and Quota
  • Experience with data platforms Other Requirements:
  • A valid driver’s license may be required
  • Position requires up to 10% of travel
  • This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (“ITAR”) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”)

Compensation starting at $75,600 - $118,800 depending on candidate location and experience.

The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
