Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in software development., * Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• .Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python).

• Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues.
