Forward Deployed Data Engineer

Design data pipelines, APIs and backend services supporting business-critical applications * Develop LLM, RAG and AI-powered workflows that improve decision-making * Partner directly with product, engineering and business leaders to define technical solutions * Create architecture documentation, solution diagrams and technical roadmaps * Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practices * Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies to drive innovation

6+ years of software or data engineering experience * Expertise designing end-to-end data platforms and cloud-based architectures * Strong Python development experience * Experience building AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks * Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) * Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL, NoSQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) * Strong communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders * Experience delivering solutions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
