A day in the life

As a Program Manager in Device Ad Operations, you’ll focus on building the operational infrastructure that powers our premium ad products across device surfaces. Your day involves reviewing business health dashboards to identify gaps and risks, triaging requests from partner teams, and leading cross-functional coordination sessions to align on launch timelines and inventory decisions.

You’ll spend time refining standard operating procedures and intake processes that reduce manual work and increase self-service capabilities across the organization. You might coordinate a product launch’s go-to-market plan, document learnings from recent escalations to create repeatable processes, or partner with automation initiatives to identify high-volume workflows that can be systematized. You’ll also prepare inputs for business reviews on adoption metrics and operational efficiency, and help drive quarterly planning rhythms that keep teams aligned.

About the team

We own the go-to-market strategy, launch execution, and operational scaling for Amazon’s premium advertising portfolio across our device ad surfaces. Our team ensures that when a new ad product launches, Sales can sell it, advertisers can buy it, and the experience works at scale. We’re building the operational mechanisms and processes that enable our organization to grow efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency.

We serve advertisers and internal stakeholders who depend on our clarity, reliability, and ability to execute. Our vision is to create a scalable, data-driven advertising operation that removes friction from product launches and enables our teams to focus on innovation rather than manual coordination. You’ll be part of a collaborative group that values structured thinking, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement.
