Job description

  • Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
  • To provide metrology support and assistance to manufacturing and engineering
  • Perform First Article inspections
  • Perform capability studies
  • Perform Gage R&R studies
  • Perform basic CMM inspections as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE
  • Perform basic calibration, gage set up and repair as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE.
  • Preform and complete documentation for Final Audits
  • Coordinate containment and tagging of Nonconforming product. Generate Nonconformance Reports
  • Comply with all Work Instructions
  • Comply with client’s Quality Management System
  • Generate and release Certification of Compliance
  • Review and supply inspection data using applicable software and or forms
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as needed
  • Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.
  • Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Outlook?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + High school diploma or GED

  • One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *

  • Knowledge and experience to accurately operate standard measurement equipment
  • Ability to read and follow instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
  • Using computer software - Microsoft Office, Outlook, and infopath-type software, + Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs, rarely lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand up to 100% of shift
  • Ability to do repetitive movements (i.e. bending, twisting, walking)
