Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements- 12+ years of hands-on software development with deep expertise in storage, file systems; strong Linux user-space development experience, including multithreading, IPC, networking, and RAID/storage solutions- Expert in Cfactor complex, high-throughput systems at scale- Demonstrated leadership to technically lead and mentor engineers through architecture, design, execution, and code reviews; an effective communicator and self-starter who collaborates across distributed, multi-time-zone teamsDesirable Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field- Familiarity with NFS protocols, distributed file systems, or cloud storage technologies, and prof
