IS Support Technician - Full-time

Assist in the installation and maintenance of new information systems. Perform data entry as required. Create and maintain user documentation and procedure manuals. Perform training and education for affected staff.

Education: High school diploma; bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience administrating networks, servers and client personal computers; experience with database programming, and office suite software; prior healthcare MIS environment preferred

Knowledge: Computer hardware and software skills. LAN/WAN knowledge. Knowledge of camera and DVR systems required. Ability to use personal computers, printers, PBX, facsimile machines, photocopy machine, calculator, and typewriter.
