Data Scientist

Our healthcare client is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Contact Intelligence team, supporting initiatives focused on improving member outcomes through data-driven decision making. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to develop predictive models, design and measure experiments, and generate actionable insights that drive engagement campaigns around topics such as readmissions, preventive care, and member outreach. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the full analytics lifecycle-from building business cases and analyzing data to communicating findings and measuring impact. This role requires a blend of statistical knowledge, coding expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

• 1+ years of relevant analytic experience.

• 1+ years of experience programming using R or Python.

• 1+ years of experience in SQL. * 1+ years in healthcare industry (payor or provider);

• 1+ years of experience using Google Cloud (GCP)

• Exposure to Claude Code
