SAP ABAP Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead Consultant with strong technical expertise and proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will lead SAP ABAP development activities, collaborate with functional teams, and deliver high-quality technical solutions supporting business processes across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, procurement, and regulatory compliance. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, modern ABAP development, and Pharma compliance standards is essential. Current SAP lead roles increasingly emphasize S/4HANA, modern ABAP, clean-core development, and technical leadership.

Atleast 15+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience. Strong experience in Developing and maintaining ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces based on business requirements Strong experience in enhancement techniques such as BADI and User Exits, substitution and customer exits Strong experience in IDoc interfaces and file-based data integration. Strong experience in Data Conversion , Conversion Programs, reporting and SAP Data Dictionary Expertise in Performance Tuning & Debugging Experience in Report Development (ALV, Classic Reports) Experience in Collaborating with functional consultants and BASIS team for seamless interface integration. SAP certification on ABAP or ABAP on HANA 2.0 is preferred Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP CPI is preferred.
