IT Project / Program Manager

Lead technology projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to implementation and closeout. Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, scope, and key deliverables. Coordinate project resources, assign responsibilities, and support team development through coaching and collaboration. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while communicating project status to leadership. Develop testing strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful solution deployment. Create rollout plans and support implementation activities to ensure smooth project delivery. Prepare project reporting, performance metrics, and executive-level presentations. Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend solutions that support business goals. Ensure established project management methodologies, governance standards, and systems development processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT projects and programs. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and project metrics. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex reporting and data analysis. Experience supporting contingent workforce or vendor management programs. Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, scope, risks, and resources. Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities with both technical and business audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience delivering enterprise technology and business application solutions across complex, multi-platform environments., Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification. Master’s degree or MBA. Experience working with enterprise vendor management systems. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in large, complex organizations.
