IT Project Manager

Manages IT projects, coordinating teams, sprints, and resources to ensure timely delivery while adhering to Agile/Waterfall principles and fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities include aligning IT practices with business needs and leading the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives. Key duties involve facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, and resource requirements from concept through implementation. The manager leads sprint planning and stand-ups to guide the project lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive incremental delivery. Collaboration with technical and product teams is essential to prioritize and scope complex projects, while also creating visibility into progress for stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies and risks. 5+years of experience

Responsibilities Support supply chain initiatives impacting manufacturing, warehousing, and frontline operations, including coordination across enterprise systems and business teams. Provide proactive project leadership by guiding teams, anticipating and mitigating risks, managing budgets, and supporting delivery against Kohler priorities. Communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders and support delivery.

Overall 10+ years of experience and have worked on Supply chain , Manufacturing, warehosing & Frontline operations., 5+ yrs experience supporting supply chain initiatives impacting manufacturing, warehousing, and frontline operations, including coordination across enterprise systems and business teams.
