Data Analytics Consultant - P&C Insurance (Databricks)

We are seeking a Data Analytics Consultant with strong P&C Insurance knowledge and analytical skills to support claims analytics, benchmarking solutions, predictive modeling, and data product development using Databricks and modern cloud analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Develop claims analytics and benchmarking solutions.
• Build and maintain data models using Databricks.
• Analyze insurance datasets and identify business insights.
• Support predictive modeling and analytical workflows.
• Collaborate with actuarial, business, and technology teams.
• Develop reusable data products and reporting solutions.

• 1 5 years of experience in P&C Insurance.
• Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Understanding of Claims, Policy, Exposure, and Premium data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Actuarial Exams (SOA/CAS) progress or completion.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or Cloud Analytics Platforms.
• Knowledge of Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, and Statistics.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to AI/ML solutions in Insurance.
