IT Project Manager - Part-time Contract (20hrs/week)Henrico, VA

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) required with demonstrated experience in effective team building, and communication skills, knowledge and experience in successfully executing Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) implementation with strong vendor management skills, experience assisting Commonwealth of Virginia agencies in planning, developing, and validating functional and technical requirements to support the implementation of IT solutions, knowledge of current Commonwealth of Virginia policies, standards, procedures, and practices, particularly those related to VITA., * This role is 20 hours week with max of 640 hrs and will remain a part-time engagement until completed. No changes to this arrangement are planned.

• 10+ years Cloud & SaaS Expertise: Strong background in planning, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.

• Leadership & Change Management: Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new approaches, systems, and

Certifications:

$85 - $95 an hour - Contract
