Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade full-stack applications. Architect and enhance internal engineering platforms to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency. Lead the design and implementation of large-scale services and application modules. Build high-performance backend systems and cloud-native solutions on AWS. Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for scalability, reliability, and performance. Develop secure, well-documented REST APIs and system integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. 7+ years serving as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer, or similar senior individual contributor. Strong full-stack development experience across modern technologies and frameworks. Hands-on experience building or extending internal engineering platforms. Advanced backend development and algorithmic problem-solving skills. Experience developing enterprise-scale B2B and/or B2C applications. Strong AWS cloud development and production deployment experience. Expertise in PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization. Experience working with modern AI/ML technologies and AI-assisted development tools. Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and software design principles.
