Job description

We are looking for a Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions to analyze, reconcile, and cleanse data, and compile reports on data accuracy. The Data Analyst, Neurodiverse Solutions will look for data anomalies; identify potential match and automation areas. The Data Analyst will work under the supervision of a Team Lead, allowing them to gain hands on knowledge of best practices in Data Analytics while supporting client needs. This position will be full-time and remote .

This opportunity exists within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI’s Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform data analysis, reconciliation, cleansing and reporting on the level of data quality

  • Collaborate with team on data quality activities that support key compliance and regulatory processes

  • Perform data discovery, profiling, and root cause analysis on high priority data matching

  • Partner with various source system experts to understand their data and how it flows

  • through the companies’ proprietary data ecosystems, to help drive improvements in quality

  • Perform high level data queries, data collection and reporting processes
